The app is not the product. The operation is.
The folder structure is the operating model. Each function knows what to read, what to make, and where the work goes next.
Your company, audience, voice, tools, and claims gate. The ground every task reads first.
Positioning, messaging, offers, and a content calendar. Nothing gets made without a reason.
AI-made media on a fixed lifecycle: drafts, approved, published. Channels pull only from approved.
Seventeen channel playbooks across owned, shared, paid, and earned — including the complete SEO pipeline shown above.
KPI definitions, a weekly reporting ritual, and the record that keeps the department learning.
# Claims gate — what we may (not) write and show
The gate for all public-facing content. Every text and image the AI prepares must pass this page before it reaches a channel. Where it says TBC, the rule is not yet settled — flag it to the operator, never guess.
1. The product must always be shown 1:1 real. No AI-generated product imagery — AI may cut, crop, caption and translate real material only.
3. Claims only with evidence. Certifications, test results and superlatives are quoted as they stand in documentation — never paraphrased "more freely", never extended.
No code and no integration required on day one.
Those are the tools we currently prepare and test the Department with. Their plan or usage cost is separate from Cleave.
There is no Cleave account and nothing to install. You receive ordinary files you can inspect and keep.
The AI asks about your business, audience, voice, and channels, then fills the operating context in with you.
Choose a channel, make the work, review the evidence, and move only approved output across ready/.
One business · One-time purchase
Every future version is included. There is no Cleave subscription and no Cleave account to maintain.
First 50 copies $299, then $999.

Use Claude Code or Claude Cowork — the tools we currently prepare and test the Department with. The source is plain Markdown, so other file-reading tools can inspect it, but we do not yet claim that they run the Department correctly.
Not to Cleave. The Department is a one-time purchase. The separate AI you choose has its own paid plan or pay-as-you-go usage, billed by that provider.
No. Setup and daily work happen in plain conversation. There is no code to write and no integration is required on day one.
Fulfillment is manual for now. Reserve your copy here and we email your payment link and download within one business day.
By email. When a new version ships, you receive the updated files to review and drop into the Department you already own.
One business. The copy is licensed to a single business you own or operate. Unrelated businesses need separate copies.
Because files remain yours. You can inspect every instruction, edit the operation, and keep the record without depending on a Cleave account.
