    We study your public footprint, the tools you already run, and how the category works, then form a ranked set of testable hypotheses about where the leverage is. Public data only at this stage.

    Discovery call

    A focused 45 to 60 minute interview inventories how the business actually runs, workflow by workflow: who does it, how often, on what tools, and what breaks. It confirms or kills each hypothesis.

    The Map

    We score every workflow on automatability and ROI, plot them, and write the Map: ranked opportunities, a recommended stack for the top three, a phased build order, and one named place to start.

The honest part

What it isn't

Most "AI audits" are a slide deck of buzzwords. The Diagnostic is the opposite: a paid, manually-delivered piece of work with a concrete deliverable you own. No dashboards you will never open, no fabricated before-and-afters, no magic.

If it turns out AI would not pay off in a given workflow, the Map says so. Rigor cuts both ways: the value is knowing where not to spend, too.
